What is a "Registration Code"?   (Question List)

A "Registration Code" is required to activate the software.  Registration codes are based on unique information supplied by your computer.  Each computer supplies a different "Request Code" which converts to a different Registration Code.

Codes from one computer will not work on other computers.  This software registration system also protects us from dishonest and unscrupulous people who would give away, pass along or post our software on the Internet.

To receive the Registration Code to unlock the software, go to the Register Software page.  You will need to enter your Order Number and the Request Code shown on your computer (in the program's "Software Registration"" window).

Note:  Request and Registration Codes are unique for each computer.  If you are installing the software for use on more than one computer you will need to use the Request Code to obtain a Registration Code for each computer (max 3 computers in your household or business - see Software License).

What do I do if I find an error?   (Question List)

If your question is about problems installing the software or an error you have found in the software, please email or fax the following information:

• Name used to purchase the software.
• Date of purchase or order number.
• Operating System (Windows 95, XP, ?).
• A brief description of what you had done up to the point of the error.
• A brief description of what the error looks like or what the error message said.
• An example of the data you were entering at the time of the error.
• For errors on printed reports, it helps for us to have a faxed copy.

You can also try these actions to see if the problem clears up.  Sometimes computers get confused.

• Exit and restart the software.
• Close other applications/programs and restart the software.
• Reboot your computer and restart the software.
• Reboot then reinstall the software (you will not lose your license or your data).

Can I re-brand or customize the software with my name and logo?   (Question List)

Simple Money Solutions is designed to be re-branded or customized.  We have had many requests from accountants, financial planners, personal finance coaches, and college professors who wanted to sell the software to their clients/students.  The software can have their custom logo and contact information on each printed page.  There is also the option to customize the software name and logo.

What is you refund and return policy?   (Question List)

For some unknown reason, rarely but every once in a while we come across a computer that will not run the software or displays it funny.  We don't know why it sometimes does't work.  In these situations there is nothing we can do but issue a full 100% refund.

We offer a 100% guarantee.  If the software will not run on your computer, we will give you a 100% refund.  We DO NOT issue refunds for reasons like "it doesn't do what I thought/wanted".  We do as much as possible to fully describe the software here on our website.  If you have questions about what it can and can't do, BEFORE you purchase the software.
