Registration Codes
To receive the Registration Code to unlock the software, go to the Register Software page. You will need to enter your Order Number and the Request Code shown on your computer (in the program's "Software Registration"" window).Note: Request and Registration Codes are unique for each computer. If you are installing the software for use on more than one computer you will need to use the Request Code to obtain a Registration Code for each computer (max 3 computers in your household or business - see Software License).
Errors or Mistakes
If your question is about problems installing the software or an error you have found in the software, please email or fax the following information:- Name used to purchase the softare.
- Date of purchase or order number.
- Operating System (Windows 95, XP, ?).
- A brief description of what you had done up to the point of the error.
- A brief description of what the error looks like or what the error message said.
- An example of the data you were entering at the time of the error.
- For errors on printed reports, it helps for us to have a faxed copy.
You can also try these actions to see if the problem clears up. Sometimes computers get confused.
- Exit and restart the software.
- Close other applications/programs and restart the software.
- Reboot your computer and restart the software.
- Reboot then reinstall the software (you will not lose your license or your data).

For some unknown reason, rarely but every once in a while we come across a computer that will not run the software or displays it funny. We don't know why it sometimes does't work. In these situations there is nothing we can do but issue a full 100% refund.We offer a 100% guarantee. If the software will not run on your computer, we will give you a 100% refund. We DO NOT issue refunds for reasons like "it doesn't do what I thought/wanted". We do as much as possible to fully describe the software here on our website.
